Overview
What Integra Ultimate does
Integra Ultimate closes and cleans the nozzle plate automatically whenever the line stops. Prints stay clean even after long breaks, and cartridges no longer need removing or capping during production pauses.
The printhead takes two HP Class thermal inkjet cartridges for a print height of up to 25 mm, is protected to IP65 and can be wet-cleaned without being covered or dismantled. It is also suitable for UV inks — PACODE’s page notes that with Markoprint 2580 ink, open time rises from 15 minutes to over 72 hours.
