Overview

What Alpha Compact does

Alpha Compact is a configurable labeling machine with the applicator control integrated in its cabinet. It reaches performance peaks of up to 600 labels per minute with position accuracy up to ±0.8 mm.

A shaft encoder regulates dispensing from 0 to 70 m/min, label size changes by calibration, and bad tags are detected automatically (skip function). The applicator set-up can be uploaded and downloaded by USB, with three interface variants available.
